Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and tags attached, then secure it inside a shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
